A smashburger starts with fresh beef smashed thin on a flat-top griddle to lock in maximum flavour. Smashing maximizes contact with the heat, giving you a crispy, caramelized crust and juicy center instead of simple grill lines. See the burgers.

100% Canadian beef and salt. That's it. Our proprietary blend includes ground chuck and brisket, with no fillers or preservatives, and it never meets a freezer. Every patty is hand smashed and cooked to order. See the burgers.

Our Secret Sauce mixed with our BBQ sauce: the best of both worlds. It tops most of our burgers, and you can order it on the side. Like it hot? Deception is Secret Sauce plus sriracha.

Yes. We hand-cut Russet potatoes in-house every day and triple-fry them for the perfect crispiness. Fresh, never frozen. See the fries.

The Option: Our vegetarian legend. Portobello mushroom caps stuffed with cheese, crusted in panko and deep-fried. It's great on its own. Stack it on a beef patty and it becomes The Priest. See The Option.

A plant-based patty made to cook, look and taste like beef. It's a good call for vegans, vegetarians or anyone skipping meat for the day. Learn more.

One patty or two. The Low Priest is a single premium beef patty with Secret Sauce and American cheddar. The High Priest doubles the beef and adds shredded lettuce, diced onions and pickles.

A double cheeseburger "sangwiched" between two grilled cheese buns, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and G14 Sauce. It's one of the builds that earned us a cult following. See The Vatican.

Premium beef, melted cheese and G14 Sauce. Nothing else. It comes as a double, a triple or a bacon double, and it's the purest way to taste the beef. See the burgers.

Yes. We hand-bread 100% Canadian chicken breast in-house and fry it to order. Pick the Classic, the Chicken Low Priest or the Hot N' Honey. See the chicken.

Our regular Milkshake flavours include: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate. While our Premium Milkshake flavours include: Cinnamon Bun, Triple Chocolate and Cold Brew. We’re always evolving our flavours - check our website for updates.

Yes. A gluten-free bun is available on any burger for a small extra charge.

Anything breaded: The Option, The Priest, Holy Smokes and every chicken sandwich. The menu flags these as "breaded item, cannot be made gluten free."

Our beef patties contain no gluten ingredients. Our kitchens also handle buns and breaded items, so cross-contamination can happen and we can't promise a gluten-free environment.

Yes. Our fresh-cut fries contain no gluten and cook in their own dedicated fryer, which helps keep cross-contamination down.

Yes, our gravy recipe contains no gluten. As with everything in a busy kitchen, cross-contamination is possible.

We don't use peanuts in any menu item. Our ingredients come from outside suppliers, though, so we can't guarantee our restaurants are peanut-free. See the allergen guide.

No. The Burger's Priest is counter service, so just walk in, or order ahead to skip the line. For a big group, try catering.
